ImprovedNew look across the app: a cleaner, faster design for the clinic app, patient portal, booking page and admin; settings reorganised into an overview.
ImprovedSMS on paid plans now carries on beyond your included messages at 5p each, instead of stopping when credits run out. Solo has no included messages, so every text is 5p. SMS stays off until you switch it on, and the Free plan cannot send texts.
NewSend a form to a client by secure link. They complete it without a portal account, and the answers land on their record (paid plans).
NewChoose an intake form to send automatically when a new client books, with an optional reminder the day before if it is still incomplete (paid plans).
ImprovedCompleted forms now show on the patient profile.
ImprovedSettings → Billing & plan shows your plan, price, the date you are paid until and any account credit, straight from your subscription.
