Yes. The Free plan covers up to 20 active patients with no card required, so you can run a small practice at no cost. It includes a simple online booking page with Atlacare branding, and booking confirmations and email reminders go out as normal. Paid plans add campaigns and automated messages you write yourself, unlimited patients, intake and consent forms, the patient portal, your own branding, SMS reminders, reporting and more.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled and take effect at the end of your current billing month. Annual plans run to the end of the annual term. When a subscription ends your account drops to the Free plan, and your data is never deleted.

Clinic includes 3 practitioners and Practice includes 8. You can add more, up to 6 on Clinic (+£12/seat/month) and up to 20 on Practice (+£9/seat/month). Beyond that, Enterprise covers 21+ practitioners.

Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You keep full access to everything you have already added and can carry on updating it. You simply cannot add new records beyond the lower plan's limit until you upgrade or come back under it.

Yes. We import patients from Cliniko, Jane App, Pabau, WriteUpp and Carepatron, or any CSV, and we can help you with the move. The guided import wizard is self-serve, so you can move your patients across yourself.

Clinic includes 150 SMS a month and Practice 300; on Solo every SMS is pay-as-you-go at 5p. Storage is included on every plan: 1 GB on Free (a hard cap), then 10 GB on Solo, 50 GB on Clinic and 200 GB on Practice. On a paid plan, going over doesn't stop you: storage is never blocked, and SMS keeps sending up to a monthly safety cap (500 messages beyond your bundle by default, which you can change in Settings). You pay for the extra on your next invoice (SMS 5p, storage £0.30/GB), and bundles reset on the 1st of each month. Video consultations are included on every paid plan: 5 hours of call time a month on Solo, 15 on Clinic and 40 on Practice (not on Free). Beyond your plan's hours, video is 2p a minute, and the hours reset each month.

Yes, on Clinic and Practice. Copy one snippet from Settings → Embed on your website into your site and patients book in a panel on your own page, or from a "Book now" button, without leaving your site. You choose which website addresses may show it. Every plan, including Free, also gets a bookable Atlacare page you can link to.

Yes. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, key actions are written to an audit trail and the database is backed up every night. We provide data export, right-to-erasure tools and audit logs out of the box, and we're built for UK GDPR from the ground up.
