Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers your first 20 patients with no card required, so you can run a small practice at no cost. Paid plans add unlimited patients, the patient portal, SMS reminders, reporting and more.
What's the launch offer?
Start a monthly Solo, Clinic or Practice subscription on or before 31 August 2026 and your first 3 months are free, then it bills at the normal plan rate. A card is required at signup, and it's one offer per practice. Annual plans get 2 months free instead.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled and take effect at the end of your current billing month. Annual plans run to the end of the annual term. When a subscription ends your account drops to the Free plan, and your data is never deleted.
How do seats work on Clinic and Practice?
Clinic includes 3 practitioners and Practice includes 8. You can add more, up to 6 on Clinic (+£12/seat/month) and up to 20 on Practice (+£9/seat/month). Beyond that, Enterprise covers 21+ practitioners.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You keep full access to everything you have already added and can carry on updating it. You simply cannot add new records beyond the lower plan's limit until you upgrade or come back under it.
I am switching from another system, can you help?
Yes. We import patients from Cliniko, Jane App, Pabau, WriteUpp and Carepatron, or any CSV, and founding clinics get hands-on help with the move. Most practices switch across in an afternoon.
How do the included bundles and overages work?
Each paid plan includes a monthly bundle of SMS, video minutes and storage. If you go over you are never blocked mid-month. You pay for the extra on your next invoice (SMS 5p, video £0.01/min, storage £0.30/GB), and bundles reset on the 1st of each month.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in EU-region infrastructure. We provide data export, right-to-erasure tools and audit logs out of the box, and we're built for UK and EU GDPR from the ground up.
