Yes. The Free plan costs £0 and stays free — it isn't a trial. You can run a solo practice on it indefinitely with one practitioner and up to 20 patients.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. No card is required to sign up or to use the Free plan. You only add payment details if and when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
What's the catch?
There isn't a hidden one. The Free plan is limited to one practitioner and 20 patients, and some features (patient portal, online payments, unlimited patients, SMS) are on paid plans. Everything included on Free keeps working with no time limit.
What happens when I reach 20 patients?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to add more, but nothing is deleted and you're never charged automatically. Your existing patients and data stay exactly as they are.
Is my data safe on the free plan?
Yes. Free-plan data gets the same treatment as paid: stored in EU regions, UK/EU GDPR compliant, with consent tracking, export and erasure. You can export everything at any time.
