Calendar sync

Each practitioner can connect their own Google Calendar for two-way sync: appointments go into Google, and Google busy times show in your Atlacare diary. Or subscribe to a read-only iCal feed, authenticated with a signed (HMAC) link, in Apple Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app. Set up in Settings → Calendar sync on paid plans. A direct Outlook connection is coming soon.

Stripe: your Atlacare subscription

How you pay Atlacare: checkout, a self-serve customer portal, and upgrades, downgrades and cancellation with proration. It does not take card payments from your patients.

Email

Appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations and invoices go out under your clinic's name, with replies going straight to your clinic's inbox; from the Clinic plan up they can also carry your logo. Patient portal sign-in links are sent by email too.

SMS

Appointment reminders by text on paid plans, once you switch SMS on. Clinic includes 150 and Practice 300 messages a month; beyond that, and on Solo, texts are pay-as-you-go at 5p. Every send is logged.

Patient import

Source-specific presets for Cliniko, Jane, WriteUpp, Carepatron and Pabau, in a guided six-step wizard.

Data export

Your patient list as CSV whenever you want, and one patient's full record as a PDF for a subject access request. Role-gated and audit-logged.

Integrations: common questions

Does Atlacare sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, on paid plans. Each practitioner connects their own Google Calendar in Settings → Calendar sync: Atlacare appointments are added to it, and busy times from Google show in the Atlacare diary. There is also a read-only iCal feed for Apple Calendar, Outlook or any other calendar app.

Can I take card payments from patients?

Not yet. Stripe is live only for your own subscription to Atlacare. Taking card payments from your patients is a separate piece of work and is not available yet.

Do emails come from my own address?

Not from your own address. Appointment and invoice emails are sent from Atlacare's sending address under your clinic's name, with replies going to your clinic's email address, so patients see your clinic and their replies reach you.

Is there an API?

Planned for the Practice plan, not available yet. Tell us what you want to connect and it helps us prioritise.
