Is my patient data stored in the EU?
Yes. All data is stored in EU-region infrastructure and handled under UK and EU GDPR. Health data is treated as special-category data, with consent tracking, country-aware retention and full audit logging built in from day one. You can export everything at any time.
How much will Atlacare cost?
There's a free plan for solo starters that covers your first 20 patients, with no card required. Paid plans add unlimited patients, the patient portal, SMS reminders, reporting and more. Full pricing is published at launch. You only pay when you're ready to grow.
Can I migrate from Cliniko or Jane App?
Yes. Atlacare imports your patients from Cliniko, Jane, WriteUpp, Carepatron and Pabau, and matches your practitioners for you. Most clinics move their records across in an afternoon. Founding clinics get white-glove help with the switch.
Which professions does Atlacare support?
Atlacare supports 17 allied health professions, including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, podiatry, psychology, counselling, dietetics, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and sports therapy. Each gets the right note format and tools for its way of working.
