Your data is yours, with no lock-in
Six things we commit to, so you never feel stuck with us. Each one is true today and backed by our Terms.
Exporting your data is free, on every plan
Including Free. The practice owner can download everything the clinic holds in one ZIP from Settings → Data: patients, appointments, clinical notes, invoices, payments, form responses, outcome scores, treatment plans and the rest, as CSV and JSON. Uploaded files are listed in it, and you download those from each patient's profile. There's also a patient-list CSV and a PDF of any one patient's record. It's a button, not a support ticket or an exit fee.
No minimum term on monthly plans
Cancel from Settings whenever you like. A monthly plan stops at the end of the current billing month; an annual plan runs to the end of the year you've paid for. There's no cancellation fee.
60 days' notice before any price change
If we change our prices, we tell you at least 60 days ahead and the new price only applies from your next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling doesn't lock you out
When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan rather than closing. Your records stay where they are and you can still open and export them. You just can't add more than the Free plan allows (for example, more than 20 patients) until you upgrade again.
No surprise changes to the deal
We give at least 30 days' email notice of any material change to our Terms, and at least 30 days' notice before removing a feature you actively use. If you don't accept a Terms change, or losing a feature materially affects you, you can cancel without penalty.
You can see everyone who handles your data
Every provider we use is on a public list, with what each one does. We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new one that will process your data. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
