What is patient management software?
Patient management software is the record of the person rather than the appointment. It holds who they are, what you have done, what you agreed, what they owe and what was said, so the answer to any question about a patient is in one place.

How are insurance authorisations handled?
On the patient record, showing sessions approved against sessions used and the excess, so you do not deliver treatment nobody will pay for.
Can I delete a patient entirely?
Erasure is retention-aware. It is blocked while clinical records are inside the retention period for your country; after that, it anonymises the patient's personal details while keeping the appointment and financial structure, and the decision is written to the audit log.
