Yes. Copy them, print them or save them as PDF and use them, including in a practice that will never be an Atlacare customer. There is no watermark and no attribution requirement.

Are they legally approved?

No, and nobody honest would tell you otherwise. They are written against UK professional standards and name what they rest on, but a template cannot account for your indemnity terms or your regulator's current position. Check anything load-bearing.
