Yes. You can attach imaging to the patient record alongside your structured notes, keeping images and clinical reasoning together. Files are stored securely with signed access, and everything is audit-logged so the record stays defensible.
Does Atlacare track GCC CPD and focused reflection?
Yes. Log CPD activities with their dates and hours, and record your focused-reflection topic in the same place. The log shows your hours for the current year and holds your reflection with the rest of your CPD.
How is my patient data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access, an audit trail of key actions and nightly backups. Health data is treated as special-category data under UK GDPR, with consent tracking and retention rules. The clinic owner can download patient data as a CSV at any time.
Can I migrate from another system?
Yes. Atlacare imports patients from Cliniko, Jane, WriteUpp, Carepatron and Pabau, matching your practitioners for you. The import wizard is guided and self-serve, and we can help you with the switch.
