Clinic Health gives your practice a single Practice Health Score out of 100, backed by six dimensions and a short list of suggested actions. It's a plain-English read on how the business is doing, updated as you use Atlacare. Find it in the sidebar under Clinic Health.
The six dimensions
Your overall score is built from six measures, each scored and colour-coded (green / amber / red):
- Retention — the rebook rate of patients seen in the last 60 days.
- Revenue Health — your invoice collection rate and any overdue balance.
- Diary Utilisation — next week's bookings against your estimated capacity.
- Attendance — completed appointments versus no-shows and cancellations.
- Growth — your new-patient intake trend, month over month.
- Clinical Outcomes — patient improvement on the outcome measures you record.
Reading the score
The big ring at the top is your overall Practice Health Score. Below it, each dimension shows its score, a short insight, and — where relevant — a suggested action. A dimension that doesn't have enough data yet is shown as "Not yet measurable" in neutral grey rather than being scored red; it unlocks once there's enough activity to measure it fairly.
Acting on it
The top of the page lists Suggested actions drawn from your weakest measurable dimensions, and highlights the single biggest opportunity for the month. Work through those first — for example, if Retention is low, focus on rebooking recent patients before they lapse. The score refreshes periodically, so improvements show up over the following days.
Why it's different
Most practice software reports raw numbers and leaves you to interpret them. Clinic Health turns them into a prioritised, act-on-it view — so a solo practitioner without a practice manager still knows what to do next.
