Atlacare is the software your clinic uses to run their practice. Where you go for help depends on what you need.
Questions about your care, appointments, or records → your clinic
Message your clinic, not Atlacare. Anything about your treatment, your appointments, your invoices, or your health belongs with the people who look after you — your clinic. The best way to reach them is through your patient portal: sign in and open the Messages tab. It goes straight to your clinic, privately.
Please don't send health information to Atlacare. We're the software provider — we can't answer clinical questions, and your care information should stay between you and your clinic.
Why texts from my clinic say "Atlacare"
Texts from any clinic that uses Atlacare show Atlacare as the sender. The clinic's name is always in the message, for example "Hi Sam, reminder of your appointment with Riverside Physio on Tue 3 Nov at 10:00". Using one sender name you can recognise helps protect you from fake texts. If a text claiming to be from your clinic looks wrong, or asks for bank details or a password, don't reply or tap any links. Contact your clinic directly instead.
Trouble signing in to the portal → we can help
If the portal itself isn't working — you didn't get your sign-in link, or the link won't open — that's a technical problem we can help with.
- The quickest way in is the portal button in an email from your clinic, such as your booking confirmation or reminder. Each link works once. If it has expired, enter your email on the portal sign-in page and we'll send a new one (that one works for 24 hours).
- Check your spam folder, and make sure you're using the email your clinic has on file.
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] and tell us which clinic you're with and what happens when you try to sign in.
When you email us about a sign-in problem, please don't include any health details — just enough to find your account. For anything about your care, message your clinic instead.
