Early each month, Atlacare emails practice owners a short round-up of the month just ended: how busy you were, what came in, and anything left to tidy up. It takes a minute to read and needs no setting up.
What's in it
The round-up is titled "(Month) at a glance". It only includes what's true for your practice, so a section with nothing behind it is left out. Depending on your month, it can show:
- Appointments, how many were attended, and patients seen (including how many were new)
- Notes written
- Paid this month and Still owed, from your invoices
- Forms completed, patients who signed up themselves with your registration link, and appointments booked online
- Your clinic days, busiest hour, top services and reminders sent
- A short to-do list, such as past appointments not marked as attended, with a link straight to them
- New in Atlacare this month: features we've added
- A reminder that you can download all your data whenever you like
It contains counts only. No patient names or clinical details are ever included. For the full figures, open Reports in Atlacare.
Who gets it
The round-up goes to practice owners only, once a month, on any plan. It's only sent to practices that had real activity that month, so a quiet or brand-new account won't get an empty email.
Turn it off
Click Turn off the monthly round-up at the bottom of any round-up email. It stops straight away, and nothing else about your account changes. Other emails, such as billing notices, still arrive.
Changed your mind? Reply to any round-up email and we'll turn it back on.
