Your public page is a one-page website for your clinic at atlacare.com/your-clinic. It shows who you are and what you offer, and patients can book online or send you a message from it. It's available on every plan. Owners and managers can edit it.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings → Public page.
- Under General, switch on Enable public page. While it's off, the address shows a "page not found" message.
- Check the Page address. This is the part after atlacare.com/.
- Click Save changes.
Then use Copy link to share the address, or View live to open the page in a new tab.
Changing the address
Changing the address breaks any links to the old one, so pick it carefully and update your website, email signature and social profiles if you do change it. For security, a new clinic can't change its page address (or its clinic name) for the first 30 days after signing up.
What's on the page
Hero. The banner at the top, always shown: your logo (from Branding), a Tagline, a Hero colour and an optional Background image.
Page sections. Choose which of these to show, and drag them (or use the arrows) into the order you want:
- About: your own words about the clinic, with an optional image.
- Services: your active services, taken from Settings → Services. Turn on Show prices on service cards if you want prices shown.
- Team: choose which practitioners appear, each with a short one-line bio. Turn on Show registration numbers to show their professional registration.
- Conditions: the conditions you treat, one per line.
- Location: your active locations with their opening hours, taken from Settings → Locations.
- Contact: a contact form and, if you want, a public phone number.
Social links. Add Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube. They show as icons; leave one blank to hide it.
Book online. The page always ends with your booking flow, so patients can book without leaving it. It uses the same services, hours and rules as your booking page.
The live preview on the right updates as you edit.
The contact form
Turn on Show contact form in the Contact section. Messages from the form arrive in your Inbox as website enquiries, and you get a notification. Your email address is never shown on the page, which keeps spam away. You can also set a Reply-time message so people know when to expect an answer.
On the Free plan
The page works in full on the Free plan. The one difference is that it shows your clinic name at the top instead of your logo; your logo appears on a paid plan.
