Three settings do most of the work in Atlacare: your locations, your services, and your hours. They feed your calendar, your clinical notes and your public booking page, so it's worth getting them right early. You'll find all of them under Settings.
Locations
Go to Settings → Locations. Add each place you work — a clinic room, a second site, or a home-visit base. Each location has its own address and time zone, and appointments and availability are tied to a location.
If you work from one place, you still need one location — it's already created for you during setup.
Services
Under Settings → Services, add what you offer and how long each one takes: "Initial assessment — 45 min", "Follow-up — 30 min", and so on. Set a default price if you invoice for it.
Every clinic needs at least one bookable service, otherwise the appointment form has nothing to book. If you skipped this at signup, a "Standard appointment" was created for you — rename or replace it here.
Hours and closures
Under Settings → Hours & closures, set the days and times you work. You can set different hours per day, and add one-off closures for bank holidays or leave. These hours decide which slots appear on your booking page, so patients can never book you outside them.
Branding (optional)
Under Settings → Branding, add your logo and a brand colour. These appear on your booking page, patient portal and invoices. On paid plans you can remove the "Powered by Atlacare" badge.
Once these are in, open your calendar — your working hours are blocked out and you're ready to take bookings.
