You can see your Atlacare appointments in your own calendar app — Google, Apple or Outlook — by subscribing to your personal calendar feed.
Get your feed link
Go to Settings → Team. Each practitioner has a private, tokenised calendar (iCal) link. Copy yours — treat it like a password, since anyone with the link can see your appointment list.
Subscribe
Add the link as a subscribed calendar (not a one-time import), so it keeps updating:
- Google Calendar — Other calendars → From URL → paste the link.
- Apple Calendar — File → New Calendar Subscription → paste the link.
- Outlook — Add calendar → Subscribe from web → paste the link.
Your Atlacare appointments then appear alongside your personal events.
What to expect
- It's one-way and read-only — your appointments flow into your calendar; events you create in Google/Apple/Outlook don't flow back to Atlacare.
- Updates aren't instant. Subscribed calendars refresh on the app's own schedule (often a few hours; Google can be slower). It's for visibility, not second-by-second accuracy.
- Cancelled appointments drop off; the feed shows the next six months.
Coming later
True two-way sync — where your external busy times block out Atlacare availability and changes flow both ways in real time — is on the roadmap. Today's feed is the one-way version.
Because the link is unauthenticated beyond its token, only share it with the practitioner it belongs to. If it's ever exposed, tell us and we can rotate it.
